Before and After School Programs. ABOUT THE A. C. E. BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAMThe A. C. E. Before and After School Program is designed to supervise the students of our schools in a caring and nurturing environment. Counselors are highly qualified; most holding a degree in Education and are First Aid and CPR Certified. Our program is structured such that your children will be: Provided a snack.
